Shipping Methods

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 2 business days thereafter. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS depending on item(s) ordered.

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Shipping Times

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Orders are estimated to arrive next day transit time if the order is made on a weekday before 3pm.

This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival unless a refund is requested. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of choosing another item from our inventory or a full refund of your purchase to include shipping.


Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Returns and Warranty

All of our items have a 30 day guarantee. If your item is defective you may contact one of friendly customer service representatives in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damage Policy

All of our items are inspected before shipment to insure that they are completely free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. We are not responsible for damage during shipment. If you receive a damaged itiem, you will be responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipper.

Returned Products

Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.

Any products that are returned to us and found not to be defective are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
